Hunter Rauch
Raised in the Verde Valley, Hunter Rauch began his career in real estate in 2013 while attending the University of Arizona. While living in Tucson, he met and married his now wife, Jeni. After having their first child, Hunter and Jeni chose to relocate to Hunter’s hometown of Cornville. Hunter and his family enjoy everything that the Verde Valley has to offer, including hiking, horseback riding, off-roading, and of course the spectacular views and weather. In 2018 Hunter joined the Chambers Team with Chambers Realty Group. He is pleased to be part of a local, family-oriented team where he is able to serve his clients with innovative marketing, quick communication, and top-notch customer service. Hunter believes in constant communication and listening to the needs of his clients. He is accessible while being honest and professional. Hunter’s passion for excellence ensures that those who he represents are given consistent, outstanding service. He and his wife now have 3 children and more chickens than they can count.
Danita Rios
Danita Rios is a native of Arizona and a graduate of Arizona State University where she received her degree in Business Management and International Business. She is a licensed Financial Advisor and has been advising clients on their retirement and investment portfolios since 2005. She started her own precious metals company in 2010 and continues to help clients invest in physical gold and silver coins and bars. Danita also has a passion for giving back to the community and received recognition by the Phoenix Business Journal in 2016 as one of the ’40 Under 40, Up and Coming Business Leaders’ for her work as the CEO of a veteran’s nonprofit project. After completing some real estate ventures on her own, her interest expanded to focus on real estate full-time. Her due diligence search led her to Chambers Realty Group because of their expertise, integrity and commitment to their clients and customers. She relocated to the Verde Valley with her two young daughters in 2022 to enjoy the beautiful outdoors, hiking trails and starry filled nights. In her community, she is a member of the board and started the Oak Creek Valley Learning Center to connect the homeschooled and special needs students with the amazing teachers where they reside. When she’s not working you’ll probably find her playing in the creek with her daughters, birdwatching and discovering a new trail in nature.
Richard Chambers
Richard Chambers joined Chambers Realty Group in 2018 and hit the ground running. After retiring from his career in law enforcement, he brought years of legal knowledge, communication and leadership skills to add to the family business. Richard and his wife Patricia have been married for 7 years and are raising two young children - a sweet little boy and a baby sister that adores him. They enjoy being active in their church community, hiking the red rock and Verde trails, and visiting many of the vineyards and breweries the area has to offer. Richard specializes in relationship building and long-term county planning knowledge, to help clients make great residential and commercial investments. He brings a true desire to help, along with trust, honesty, and integrity to every business venture.
Justin Chambers
Justin Chambers is a 2004 Graduate from Northern Arizona University of Flagstaff, Arizona. At NAU Justin earned a degree in Business Management and a minor in Communications. Justin married his wife Sarah Ward in 2015 and they now have two young children. With more than 15 years of experience in all aspects of real estate, Justin has fell into his niche in life with real estate. He started off as rookie of the year and hasn’t slowed down since. Each year he has been a top producer and has closed on transactions totaling more than $100 million dollars in real estate sales in Yavapai and Mohave County, focusing primarily in land and agricultural sales. Being an avid outdoorsman and exploring the surrounding desert since as long as he can remember he is knowledgeable about the ranches, the private holdings and the unique.
Jaynell Chambers
Since 2004 Jaynell Chambers has helped buyers and sellers in the sales of hundreds of homes and millions in sales representing both sellers and buyers in their needs. She is happily married to her husband Rick Chambers for 38 years and has three grown sons and 6 great grandchildren. After Rick retired from the BNSF railroad in Northwest Arizona they retired and moved to the Verde Valley area. Attracted by stunning scenery, the abundance of flowing water and the wonderful lifestyle the area provides she is happy to make the Verde Valley her home and will help it become your home as well.
